THIS IS MY JORNAL ENTERY FOR (Tuesday July 29th) "today was probably the most crazy day off my mission experience! we went to go see a lady named yvonnia and we walked up to the door and as soon as she opened the door a service guy that worked at the app complex came down the stairs and asked who we were and i told him we were the lds missionary and he told us that there is no soliciting on this property and i was kinda direct with him and said "we aren't soliciting this is legal." and he asked if we were here to see someone and then i pointed to her and she said that she did have us coming over and he just walked off! haha noisy guy! but then i walked over and me and Elder Taylor were talking to this lady and she was telling us how she wasn't feeling very good and how the heat was really getting to her and she couldn't eat anything! and she just felt tried and sick! we asked her a couples times if there was anything that she need from us or wanted us to do! and think i thought to my self and had the spirit tell me that i needed to ask her "if she had heard of a blessing" and she said "yes I've heard of them, i used to go to church and some other church." and then "i said when I'm feeling sick i love to get a blessing it bring such comfort and relief!" and then we said "would you been interested in a blessing?" and she said "oh yea would you like to do it out here or inside?" and i told her
"we should probably do it inside!" and we all went inside and i asked elder taylor if he had any oil and he said no and i left mine with elder Ray and so we didn't have any! so i asked her for some oil and all she had is conoala oil so we did it with what we had! and i put just a drop of it on my finger and consecrated it and then anointed her with it and after i put the oil on her head she didn't move at all! then elder Taylor gave a beautiful blessing and after she still didn't move and i touch her shoulder and asked if she was alright and she said yea I'm fine.. with a tear in her eye! and she said " i feel better, and she was crying , that was so good I've had a lot of thinking about a lot of things like "burdens" and how she had felt them lifted off her shoulders and she thanked us so much! and she said she wanted to go to church this week and set a return app on Thursday at 4 and i told her " that god loves her and we love her and we are here for her when ever she needs anything and to make sure you call" and she thanked us again and we left!! best day we had a bunch of stuff happen today! we meet James gather and he needed a mattress and the we talk to Kyle smith and i invited him to read alma 5 so we will see how that goes! and Chris and we watch " hope of gods light and that was great! and he came to the scripture read and talked about christ and he wanted to know if "jesus had agency" and we told him yes he ask god in the garden if there was any other way and we know that because god is all knowing he knew that christ would do what he said he'd do cause he's all knowing and that because christ always looks outward and and never inwards and thats why he was so perfect and he never thought about himself which is the key! "
I want you to know that as you follow the spirit which is any good thought that comes in to your mind! any choice or thought that will lead you to do good or bring you closer to your heavenly father is the spirit and as you follow it you will see miracles in your life and be apart of miracles in others life and theres no greater happiness then bring someone closer to the heavenly father!
I want all you to know that i love you guys and i pray for everyone! i need you guys to realize that the lord loves to hear from us and when we pray to heavenly father in the name of christ he is happy to hear from us! there is no other way to bring yourself true happiness then to think outwards and help other people ! and the lord knows that its impossible to do this all the time thats what hes here for but he wants us to do the best we can! and then he wants us to come to our knees at night and tell him that we did the best we could that day and he will be happy!
its good to know that the lord just wants us to do the best we can in our daily life and he will make up for the rest and that's very important to realize!
well i invite all you to pray and read! i hope you took the chance to read alma 5 and ponder it! i want you guys to read john 14 its good and talks about the second comforter!
